Refund and Returns Policy

Purchases from IAN Water, Inc (“IAN Water”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

General

From time to time, IAN Water may offer products for purchase (“Products”) through this site (the “Service”). We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities or Products purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any Products from IAN Water.

Pricing

Product prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include any applicable local, state, or federal taxes. Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, will be displayed before you submit your order.

Payment

All payments through the Service are processed using a third-party processor. You acknowledge that IAN Water is not liable for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy by such third-party processor. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other method of payment.

When you make a purchase through our Service, you authorize us or our third party payment processor to charge your payment method for any such purchases (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) that may be accrued by or in connection with your purchase. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid method of payment. All prices, fees and any applicable taxes and other charges are payable in U.S. dollars. When you initiate a purchase transaction via the Service, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as your name, billing address, and credit card information. You may also need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing your transaction. If you are completing the purchase using a third party payment processor, that processor’s terms and conditions apply to your payment transaction.

Shipping

IAN Water will ship all Products purchased through the Service to the address specified in the shipping address section of the order form. Shipments will be made via standard ground service unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The time period from order to delivery will vary depending on location. The delivery times specified in any order confirmation are estimates only. For the avoidance of doubt, IAN Water does not guarantee that your order will be delivered within the time frames set forth in your order confirmation. Please note that once your order is processed, IAN Water cannot modify and/or expedite your order. You may have Products shipped only to addresses located within the United States. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, IAN Water shall have no liability whatsoever, with respect to orders that are shipped late or lost in transit. 

Refunds and Replacements

Not happy with your IAN Water? IAN Water stands behind our products and will do our best to make things right. If you’re dissatisfied with any of our products, we will refund the amount paid for your most recent order, limited to one case. To request a refund or replacement, please email us at IANwater@IANwater.com within 30 days of your original order. Your request must include your name, order confirmation number, (i) a written explanation of why you’re requesting a refund, and (ii) photographic evidence of any damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a refund, the products must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. IAN Water only provides refunds for purchases made on www.IANwater.com. We may ask for proof of purchase if we cannot verify your order. This policy may be adjusted in accordance with the laws of your state. Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of food products.

If the product you received is expired within one month, damaged in transit, or defective, we reserve the right to either refund or replace it with a similar product at no cost to you. This refund policy is subject to change without notice and may not apply to Amazon orders.

Please note: IAN Water will not provide a refund if you do not meet the requirements outlined in this section.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription to products offered through our service at any time. If there is an outstanding order linked to your subscription, the cancellation will take effect once that order is processed by IAN Water.

Disclaimers

You understand that Products may contain materials that could be dangerous if handled improperly, and you acknowledge that IAN Water is not liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from any misuse of any Products offered through the Service. You further acknowledge that Products may not be suitable for use by children, and you expressly assume sole liability for providing any individual under the age of 18 with access to any Products. You hereby agree not use Products for any illegal purpose and you assume all liability for any action you take for any action that is contrary to any law, rule, or regulation of any territory.

IAN Water, Inc Subscription Terms and Conditions

IAN Water (“IAN Water,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is pleased to offer a “Subscription Program” for its “JUST” products. When you choose to enroll in a Subscription Program for any JUST product (Collectively, the “Product” or “Products”), the following Terms and Conditions apply:

Subscription Account

You must have an account, a valid email address, and a credit card and/or debit card to participate in the Subscription Program.

Subscription Order Placement

When you place a Subscription Program order, IAN Water will automatically place and ship that same order on the same day every month.

Subscription Order Amount

Your Subscription Program’s order’s final total may vary due to changes in price, tax rates, Customs, duties fees, and/or shipping costs. Your order total will include sales tax, if applicable and shipping and handling costs.

Please note that any coupons will only be applied to your first month’s subscription.

Subscription Order Payment


The credit card used for your initial Subscription Program order will be charged for all future orders unless you cancel your subscription or update your payment details. Subsequent orders will be charged when placed, and the order will be sent to the warehouse for processing.

If your credit card is declined when placing a Subscription Program order, the order will not be processed. You will receive a notification about the failed payment, and you will need to update your payment information. Once corrected, your Subscription Program order will be processed. To update your payment details, go to the “My Account” section and click the “Edit” link next to the last four digits of your credit card information for the relevant Subscription Program.

Only Credit Card and Debit Card payments are accepted for Subscription Program orders. Store Credit, Gift Certificates, Checks, PayPal, and Bill Me Later are not valid payment methods.

Please note that the prices of items available for the Subscription Program are based on current pricing and may change over time.

Credit Card and Debit Card payment will be the only valid payment types accepted for Subscription Program order payment. Store Credit, Gift Certificates, Checks, PayPal, and Bill Me Later will not be accepted.

The Products available for the Subscription Program are based on a current price. This means that item prices are not locked in and are subject to change.

Subscription Order Notifications

You will receive a confirmation email after each Subscription Program order is processed and shipped. Once a Subscription Program order is scheduled, no additional emails will be sent before the next order is processed and shipped.

Subscription Order Frequency

The initial Subscription Program period lasts approximately 30 days, with subsequent orders being shipped on the same day each month as your original order. If your shipping day falls on a Sunday or holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day. If your order is scheduled for a date that doesn’t exist in the following month (e.g., the 31st), it will be processed on the next available business day.

Changing Subscription Program Orders

Subscription Program shipments will be of the same Product or Products ordered during the initial Subscription Program shipment. You may change the Product or Products received as part of your Subscription Program at any time by logging into your account, going to your “My Account” section, and clicking “Update subscription.” You may also email us at sayhello@justwater.com  with your name, Subscription Program number, and the desired Product or Products change. Pricing may change depending on the changes to the Subscription Program order Product or Products.

Pausing Subscription Program Orders

If you have a surplus of IAN water Products, you can postpone your subscription for anywhere between 1 and 8 weeks. Simply log in to your account, go to the “My Account” section, and click “Postpone Shipment.” Alternatively, you can email us at IANwater.com with your name, Subscription Program number, and details about which product(s) you’d like to pause and for how long.

After the selected postponement period, your subscription will resume as normal.

Please note, postponing your shipment will impact your billing cycle. Once the postponement period ends, your subscription will renew and billing will resume on a monthly basis starting from that date, unless further changes are made.

Subscription Cancellation 

You can cancel your subscription to any Products offered through the Subscription Program at any time. If there is an active order linked to your subscription, the cancellation will take effect once that order has been processed by IAN Water.

You can cancel your subscription in one of two ways:

  1. Through your online account: Log in to your account, go to the “My Account” section, and click “Cancel” on the Subscription Program you wish to cancel.
  2. Through email: Send an email to us at IANwatre.com, including your name, Subscription Program number, and the product(s) you’d like to cancel. Please note that response times may take more than 48 hours.
Changes to Subscription Program Orders

IAN Water is dedicated to continually improving our products and may update the formula of a product or products from time to time. If this happens, your Subscription Program order will remain the same, except that the updated product(s) will replace the previous formula. You will not receive a separate notification about this change prior to your next Subscription Program order being processed and shipped. The updated product(s) will be included in future orders unless you choose to remove them from your Subscription Program.
